Mint instructors are all physiotherapists!

Our experienced Physiotherapists are qualified Clinical Pilates Instructor. They have completed comprehensive post graduate training and have been regularly instructing a range of clients throughout their careers. Combining Pilates with a Physiotherapist's medical background provides an exceptional level of biomechanical analysis and correction - our Physio's are easily able to determine where the deficits and opportunities are within your body, to improve your condition and maximise your body's abilities.

Clinical Pilates is muscle re-education specifically targeting your individual needs and goals. Pilates is an excellent core strength training program as well as a great whole body workout. When supervised by our experienced Physiotherapist it is an ideal form of rehabilitation for spinal pain, sporting injuries or postural problems. Postnatally, Pilates is a great way to safely strengthen your muscles and regain your pre-baby body!
