She can help with your:
- pelvic floor dysfunction - including incontinence, pregnancy and postnatal rehab
- prolapse - including pessary fittings
- pelvic pain
- musculoskeletal pain - necks and back, hips, knees and shoulders
Amy's career in health began as a Personal Trainer before studying physio and going on to work across hospitals, aged care and with people with neurological conditions in the community. Her passion now focuses on pelvic health, where she has undergone advanced training, including the WHTA POP-SUI course, adding pessary fittings to her skill set.
When she's not at Mint, you'll find Amy at the gym, in a pilates studio, or enjoying life with her young family!
