PAYMENT 

Congratulations on prioritising your health! 

• A new studio session pack will be added to your available sessions every 4 weeks, at the time of the direct debit payment.
  • Platinum = 20 sessions = $455
  • Gold = 16 sessions = $364
  • Silver = 12 sessions = $283.50
  • Bronze = 8 sessions = $189

• Direct Debits can ONLY be made from a bank account - this keeps our fees low so we can absorb them, rather than having to charge you more.
• The membership will auto-renew annually for your convenience, (unless you don't want it to, in which case, just let us know the month before and we will cancel the renewal).

BOOKINGS

• Sessions are available for use at your leisure, anytime in the the following 12mths
• Your membership can be paused for a month by contacting the clinic in advance of your payment - a $5 admin fee applies. If you're only going to be away for a week or two, or you are sick and don't book in, don't worry, your sessions will just sit on your account until you're ready to use them - remember they don't expire for 12mths. So you're never paying for something you're not getting.

FREE annual health screen included - we want to make sure you're exercising at the right intensity for your body. We'll ask a few questions to ensure we can adapt the sessions perfectly for you, and take your blood pressure. Once a year, at no cost, at a time convenient to you!

By providing your bank account details and confirming this payment, you agree to this Direct Debit Request and the Direct Debit Request service agreement*, Direct Debit Request service agreement, and authorise Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd ACN 160 180 343 Direct Debit User ID number 507156 (“Stripe”) to debit your account through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS) on behalf of (the “Merchant”) for any amounts separately communicated to you by the Merchant.
