As those of you who are in the throes of feeding your little ones know, breastfeeding is not always smooth sailing! Sometimes attachment is difficult, sometimes supply is 'slow' and sometimes we end up with blocked ducts or painful nipples. The good news is help is available! Balsamic_chicken_ w_veg(Large)1. Marinate chicken breast for 15 minutes in balsamic vinegar, garlic & cracked pepper

2. Spray the BBQ or grill pan with cooking oil spray and chargrill the chicken until cooked through

3. Cook veggies for approx 1 min each side (thick, flat slices of zucchini, capsicum, eggplant, red onion, cherry tomatoes work well). Also caramelise half a lime - tastes great squeezed over everything at the end!
