
Download the app
- Visit the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android)
- Search for Mindbody, download the app
Create a log in
- Enter your Mint account email address - an email will be sent to you with a confirmation link.
- Search 'Mint WellBeing' in the app (if required, limit to postcode '6159')
- Select Mint WellBeing's listing
- Tap the star on the top right.
- Mint will now be on your ‘favourites’ page and you will be able to make bookings instantly every time!
Make an appointment
The Mindbody App allows you to make appointments at Mint Wellbeing for Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage, Personal Training, Pilates or Pre-Exercise Screening.
- Select Mint Wellbeing (either via the search bar or saved in your favourites).
- Select Schedule Select Appointments (along the top tab)
- Choose from Massage, Personal Training, Physiotherapy, Pilates, or Pre-Exercise Screening
- A drop down menu will give you further options - for example Physio (Initial). Select the one you are looking for.
- You now have the option to pick a staff member. Select your preference, or to see all options select “any staff”.
- Select your preferred date.
- Select your preferred time - available options will be displayed. Press Next.
- Select Agree to accept the terms and conditions, then sign the Liability Waiver using your finger on the screen. (This will only happen the first time you make a booking). Press Next.
- A pop up will confirm your appointment has been booked. The process is now complete.
Book a Studio Session
The Mindbody App allows you to make appointments at Mint Wellbeing for Studio Sessions. This includes ToneUp, CardioBlast, TRX, BoxFit and Yoga run by your Personal Trainers.
- Select Mint Wellbeing (either via the search bar or saved in your favourites).
- Select Schedule.
- Select Classes (top left tab).
- Select your preferred date.
- Select “BOOK” on your preferred class and time - available options will be displayed
- If you have already purchased a pack - confirm “BOOK” again. If you have not yet purchased a pack - select “PAY WITH” to choose a pack and make a payment (alternatively this can be organised over the phone or in person at Mint Wellbeing).
- A pop up will confirm your appointment has been booked. The process is now complete.
Join the waitlist for a Studio Session
In the unusual event that a session is not available, you can put your name on the waitlist. If someone cancels, you will be emailed or sent a text. You can then confirm if you are still able to attend the session. Please respond even if you cannot attend, as the session will then be offered to someone else. Booking the waitlist lets us know more people want to come to that session and helps us make timetable decisions to accomodate you. Follow the instructions 1-4 under “How to Book a Class” above. If the class is full, you will see “WAITLIST” rather than “BOOK”. Select WAITLIST. A pop up will confirm you are on the waitlist. Await a text or email should a place become available.
Cancel your appointment or your Studio Session
In the Mindbody app you will see the third icon along the bottom is called “MY SCHEDULE”. Here you will find “UPCOMING” appointments. Select the appointment you wish to cancel. This is only possible with greater than 12hrs notice. On the bottom right corner, select “CANCEL”. Select CONFIRM CANCELLATION.
Check how many Studio Sessions you have left on your pack
In the Mindbody app you will see the fifth icon along the bottom is called “PROFILE”. Here you will find “PASSES” (top right). Listed here are what packs you have available, how many remain and when they expire
FAQs
Q: It is 4.30pm and I want to book into the 5pm CardioBlast?
A: Bookings can be made up to one hr prior to commencement. If a class starts within one hour, the app will prompt you to call the studio. Call us on 9336 7038 to book.
Q: It is 4.30pm and I want a Physiotherapy or Massage appointment at 5pm
A: The app will only display appointments that are more than one hour away. Call us on 9336 7038 and we will do our best to book what you need!
Q: Can I book a 90 minute Remedial Massage?
A: Please call us on 9336 7038 to book your 90 minute massage as the online booking system is configured to suit 30 or 60 minute massages only. We will be happy to book a 90 minute appointment for you over the phone. There are times available for this each day, even if you cannot see them on the app.
Q: I am booking a Physiotherapy appointment for a very particular reason, I’m not sure what type of appointment I need?
A: You will see some specific appointment types listed under Physiotherapy. For example Pelvic Floor Assessment, Vertigo or Breastfeeding. You may find what you need listed here. If you are unsure what suits your needs, call us on 9336 7038 and we will be happy to help!
Q: Can I reply to the reminder text to cancel my appointment?
A: No. Please cancel on the app, call us on 9336 7038, or email admin@mintwellbeing.com
Q: I already have a login for making bookings on your website - can I use the same login for the Mindbody App?
A: Yes. The first time you do so, you will be sent an email to ensure your app access is linked to your original Mint account. You do not need to make another account on the app.
Q: Can I purchase a pilates pack on the app?
A: Pilates pack can be purchased on our website (www.mintwellbeing.com using the same login), or in the clinic only. They are not available for purchase on the app.
Q: Can I buy a gift card through the app?
A: Yes! Select Favourites > Mint Wellbeing > Scroll down to ‘Buy a Gift Card’. You can now purchase a gift card and have it directly emailed to the recipient.
