Who is mint?

Mint WellBeing was founded in 2010 to provide a range of health services to improve the Wellbeing of the local Fremantle community. Many people are so busy with their life, their family, their work, that it is often themselves who are neglected. We started out with Bootcamps for women in local parks, and we've now grown into our lovely North Fremantle studio; where we still offer Women's Fitness Sessions & Clinical Pilates, but we also treat the whole family with our experienced Physiotherapists and Remedial Massage Therapists.

At Mint, we feel it's time for a change - when you make time for your own health and WellBeing, you become the best version of yourself; and of course you can then be the best possible parent, partner, sibling or friend you want to be!

We also recognise how privileged we are here in Perth - with access to a world class health care system and a society that supports health improvement for all. Our team members regularly donate their skills to impact lives for the better. Most recently, Physio Amber has voluntarily provided months of rehabilitation for children recovering from extensive burns surgery. The John Fawcett Foundation and Kolewa Foundation have organised travel to Perth where local surgeons have volunteered their services to provide surgery which is otherwise unavailable back home (West Timor).

Mint is honoured to be a part of this life-changing work. We are super proud of all our team members and their ongoing contributions to society!

We're excited to share medical facts v fiction with the community through our education events.
