Remedial Massage Therapist & Personal Trainer

Mairi is an experienced Remedial Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer and Co-owner at Mint WellBeing.
 
As a Remedial Massage Therapist she is able to determine which treatment best suits your needs - offering
  • Deep Tissue,
  • Trigger Point,
  • Myofascial Release,
  • Sports or
  • Relaxation Massage.
Mairi has also completed additional qualifications gaining her a Certificate in Pregnancy Massage.
 
Mairi is also an accomplished Personal Trainer with a passion for motivating others to achieve their goals. She specialises in training women and is experienced in adapting sessions to accommodate any fitness level.
 
At the 2022 and 2024 Busselton 70.3 (Half Ironman), Mairi qualified for the world championships! She went on to represent Australia, in Finland (Aug 2023), and is look forward to this year's event in Spain.
 
Mairi is also a co-founder of Mint Wellbeing.

Remedial Massage treatment by Mairi is eligible for Private Health Fund rebates - Monday is available Mon-Fri and alternate saturdays. Mairi also regularly takes our Studio Sessions and is available for 1:1 Personal Training throughout the week.

Holly Johnson

Group Fitness Instructor | Personal Trainer

Holly is a passionate Personal Trainer with a variety of experience within the fitness industry. Before joining the Mint team, she has worked in large gyms, run outdoor bootcamps and also had opportunities to work with both the Fremantle and Perth Demon's Football Club, conducting AFL clinics in the community. She is an avid netballer, loves keeping fit and anything to do with the ocean and cooking!

Holly regularly takes our Tues morning and Thurs evening Studio Sessions. She is also available for 1:1 PT at various times throughout the week.

Ashleigh Hourigan

Personal Trainer
 
Ashleigh is passionate about helping women find their fitness, to live their best lives. She also has extensive experience training and engaging children in physical activity.

Ashleigh's background includes experience as a swimming instructor, Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor for HBF fitness, working with older adults in the Heartmoves programs and she's even done her share of the FIFO life as a Workplace Health Coach in WA mines!

Ashleigh originally hails from Sydney, but having lived the west coast life since 2014, she is now comfortable calling Perth home!
 
She enjoys all things outdoors - with wake boarding and rock climbing ranking up beside cooking and running as her ideal recreational pursuits. She is an avid competitor, having now run 3 half marathons and prestigiously finishing the New York Marathon, raising funds for the National Heart Foundation.
