Mint instructors are all physiotherapists!

Our experienced Physiotherapists are qualified in Clinical Pilates. They have completed comprehensive post graduate training and have been regularly instructing a range of clients throughout their careers. Combining Pilates with a Physiotherapist's medical background provides an exceptional level of biomechanical analysis and correction - our Physio's are easily able to determine where the deficits and opportunities are within your body, to improve your condition and maximise your body's abilities.

Clinical Pilates is muscle re-education specifically targeting your individual needs and goals, considering your current medical condition or injury. When supervised by our experienced Physiotherapists it is an ideal form of rehabilitation for spinal pain, sporting injuries or postural problems. Postnatally, Pilates exercises, when taught by a Physiotherapist who has individually assessed you, is a great way to safely strengthen your muscles and get back to doing what you love!
